Memorial Day weekend is just weeks away! If you’ll be in town for this summer-kick-off holiday, I’ve compiled a list of all the best local events taking place around Atlanta.
Tributes
The City of Alpharetta and the Rotary Club of Alpharetta will host a Memorial Day Tribute at Alpharetta City Hall with a performance of the national anthem, a keynote speaker and more. May 30th 9:00 am – 10:30 am.
A Memorial Day Ceremony will take place at the Peachtree Corners Town Center Veterans Monument from 11:00 am – 12 pm on May 30th.
Norcross will pay tribute to the troops and their families with a Memorial Day Remembrance at Thrasher Park on May 30th from 11:30 am – 1 pm.
Roswell’s Memorial Day Ceremony at City Hall will honor the men and women who have sacrificed their lives in the defense of our country with a military ceremony, presentation of colors, the national anthem and more. May 30th at 10 am.
