Over the past few months, we have all been spending more time at home. While a lot of this time was spent inside, much of this time was in our outdoor space. We recently completed a major backyard renovation at our home. Our goal was to make the backyard feel like an extension of our house. It was a big project, and the scope got bigger and bigger. As a real estate professional, I see the draw of this type of space for buyers. This is an investment that will be worth it whether it is my family enjoying it, or a future selling feature.
